I'm here in northern California, and wanting to make a veggie dish highlighting the flavors of Hawai'i (and with more than pineapple and mac nuts). Can someone tell me what vegetables are in season and in the stores there right now? Are there differences from island to island? I'm just curious ... and I'm going to cross-post this, to cover all my bases.
